Thoughts of June: Event Services

Since 2006, I have been independently coordinating events for A Simple Soirée Events. I have created events for as little as 10 people, to fashion shows with over 700 in attendance. From weddings, social events, to high end fashion shows, I have the ability to to assist you in creating the event you dream of with any budget in mind. When meeting for our free consultation we can determine which package works best, and I thoroughly look forward to making your event a seamless experience for you!

Full Event Coordination
This package offers my assistance from conception to execution. I will be available every step of the way and assist you with all arrangements necessary in order to create your desired event. The fee for this service is priced per event. Please contact me directly for a complimentary consultation.

Coordinating Assistance
Many of you out there know what you want and how to get it, but need a little help along the way. With this package it allows you to schedule my assistance around your needs. You may only want help with the venue, food, or just getting the concept off the ground. The fee for this option is $60 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours billed the first meeting and no less than 1 hour for any additional assistance.

Day of Coordination
The last thing you want after working so hard on your event is to miss it because you are too busy handling the details of it's execution. For those of you who DIY'd it the whole way, but want an extra set of hands to direct the day of details, I am your girl! This service is $60 an hour with a minimum of 4 hours billed.
